Basic Career Outline:

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral (essential).
- Minimum requirement between 1-3 years of Canadian experience with International Operations / freight forwarding (essential).
- Post-secondary education or related work experience (recommended).
- The ability to provide excellent customer service and professional advice to our customers and overseas offices (essential).
- Passion for Excellence
- Leadership skills. Looking for a team builder who can grow with the department & company (potential leadership growth opportunity for the right candidate)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Outlook applications
- Good knowledge of Canadian export requirements and documentation (recommended).
- Strong negotiation skills (preferred).
